In addition to providing business incubation units the centre also hosts an excellent conference room which is available to hire on a daily basis by tenants and local business.

Facilities include

Air conditioned meeting space 750sq ft
Can accommodate small and large meetings
Up to 30 people in a variety of formats

The daily rates are as follows

Full day 100 Euro plus VAT @ 21%
Part Day /Half Day 50 Euro plus VAT @ 21%
(morning afternoon evening)
Tea and coffee by request at 2.50 per person.
